I'm very new to this engine, and i would like to know just two things about this engine before start..
I'm fanatic of Qt Creator.... Can i write my ORX codes using this IDE?
and, i only like to program c++, it is fully compatible with this language?
So... ORX + Qt Creator + C++

I'm not very familiar with Qt Creator, but if it allows to compile C/C++ programs, then yes, it should work as well as any other C/C++ IDE/toolchain.
Orx, being written in C, is entirely compatible with C++. There's even a C++ convenience wrapper called Scroll that can be found at https://github.com/orx/scroll
Were you to search our wiki, you should find a few articles on that topic as well.
