No kinamatic body ?

I see there is only dynamic or static body ? but what about kinematic body ?

    Yes, albeit a bit hidden:

    Dynamic = true => dynamic
    Dynamic = false, AllowMoving = true => kinematic
    Dynamic = false, AllowMoving = false => static
